We at SARVODAYA HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE (SHRC) aim at clinical excellence through ethical practice and define six dimensions of healthcare quality as per NABH standards. Other quality standards which are followed are NABL for Laboratory, NABH standards of Nursing Excellence, and NABH for Emergency.

It is the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something, which means there are dimensions of Quality. So, what are the dimensions of quality in healthcare?
